How long it lasts depends on:
- Sunlight
- Airflow
- Maintenance
Most customers replace theirs every 2 weeks.

Grass will start to brown after repeated use, especially without enough:
- Sunlight
- Airflow
Your dog will usually tell you when it’s time to change. When their scent builds up too much, they’ll stop using it.
Usage & Care
Simple, but not optional:
- Water it regularly
- Give it sunlight
- Ensure airflow
Without this, expect smell within 2–3 days.
With proper care, it can stay odor-free for up to 2 weeks.
If you’re in a low-airflow home or have multiple dogs, using a deodoriser like Smell Ya Later can help extend freshness.
Yes, but with a tradeoff.
You’ll need to:
- Change it twice a week, or
- Rotate between 2 patches
Otherwise it will smell and die quickly.
Best placement:
- Balcony (ideal)
- Near a window indoors (good airflow + light)
- HDB corridor (strong airflow)
Never place it in the toilet.
They keep moving it.
Dogs learn through consistency.
If you keep shifting it, your dog won’t understand where to go. If your toilet moved every day, you’d be confused too.

If the box gets wet:
Let it dry under the sun. It will harden back up

We do not use pesticides, so we can keep your pets as safe as possible.
You can lightly spray:
- Vinegar + water solution
But in most cases, no action is needed.

Everything used is safe for pets.
But if your dog went to town and ate like he was at a buffet, please bring your dog to the vet to get checked for blockage.
Our no-stank base is designed to manage odor and moisture using:
- Activated carbon
- Zeolite
- Calcite
- Non-woven absorption layer
No harmful chemicals are used. All of which are safe if injested in small amounts.
Delivery & Freshness
Yes.
We:
- Receive fresh grass
- QC it

Grass needs:
- Oxygen
- Sunlight
If it sits in a closed box too long, it starts to die.
We control the process tightly to ensure quality.
