About Eco-Turf

Where should I put it?

We recommend placing the Eco-Turf at the place your dog usually goes to pee or poo, a breezy window or, even better, on a balcony. Since the Eco-Turf is made of live grass, having sunlight will help preserve its green hue.

How does it work?

Use the cover as the Eco-Turf's base and your set up is ready! You don't have to worry about pee as the grass will naturally absorb it. However, when your dog poo, please clean it up and dispose of it as you normally would. To keep the Eco-Turf from drying out, lightly mist it with plain tap water once a week.

How long does it last?

Frequency of use by your dog contributes to a shortened life span. Under normal use, with a single dog, we expect the grass to last anywhere from 1-4 weeks. Your individual results vary depending on how heavily it’s used (i.e. frequency of use each day, number of dogs using it, amount of urine, etc).

Do I need to cover the Eco-Turf when it's raining?

Our grass is designed to absorb liquid from your pet and to prevent you from having to do any dirty clean up work. In order for your grass to continue doing its job, we recommend your Doggielawn stay out of the rain to keep it from being over saturated. Plus, pups generally prefer their grass to be squish-free!

How to handle if my dog keeps digging the grass?

For those playful pups, the grass is a new novelty that gets their curiosity going, which sometimes results in digging and chewing. We suggest that you supervise your dog when using the Eco-Turf to continually reinforce positive behavior AND immediately put a stop to any undesired behavior like digging, chewing and snoozing! After a little while, your dog will get the hint and stop digging. We also recommend aviary netting and zip ties as another option to get your dog to stop chewing or digging up the grass until they get trained on how to use it.

When do I know it's time to change the Eco-Turf?

You'll know it's time to change the grass when your dog starts peeing on the edge of the lawn. That means the grass is too saturated with their own scent and they're looking for a fresh spot to "go!"

Pro tip: Think of the lawn as a sponge. Meaning, the lawn performs best when it’s dry (we recommend watering it very little so that it stays thirsty). When your pup uses it, urine will be absorbed into the soil. Over time, it fills up the lawn which could still be green, brown, or somewhere in between! After a couple of deliveries, you will get to know how long it lasts with your dog.

Does the Eco-Turf have bugs?

Every once in a while you may encounter a little critter. This is because our grass is a real, living plant that is grown outdoors on a farm. If you do see a bug we recommend spraying your grass with an organic solution (put a few drops of dish-washing soap, neem oil or peppermint with water).

Can I reserve items prior to payment?

Unfortunately, products are only reserved for you after you have successful completed the checkout process. As our pieces are limited, there is always the possibility that items may sell out. Therefore, we highly recommend purchasing swiftly in order to avoid disappointment.

What happens next after I have placed an order?

After you've placed your order and your payment and shipping details have been verified, you will receive an Order Confirmation by email.

When you order is ready for shipping, we will be send out the delivery status via email!

Payments

How can I pay?

We accept payment by PayPal, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

We do not accept Paynow / Bank Transfer at the moment.

Shipping

How long will it take to receive an item?

Shipping times will vary, as all items are shipped directly from us.

But generally 2-4 working days from when you've placed your order.

Can I book express shipment if I need my order to be delivered fast?

We completely understand that delivery of our one-of-a-kind items sometimes just can’t come fast enough. If you are interested in express delivery, please get in touch with us prior to your order at bork@poopee.sg. Please note that all express shipments are subject to a surcharge.

Returns

Can I return an item purchased?

We are certain that you will love the pieces we offer. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any eligible product within 3 days of delivery.

I received a damaged item. What are the next steps?

If you believe you received an incorrect, misrepresented, or defective item we do our best to process your refund swiftly.

Please follow these simple steps:

1. Send us an email at bork@poopee.sg that informs us of your wish to return your purchase. For speediest processing, please include your name, telephone number, order number, and, where applicable, photographs documenting the damage or error.

2. Once your request is received and approved by our Customer Service team, we will send you a printable shipping label.

3. Refunds will be processed after the goods have been received us. You are responsible for safely packing and shipping the item back to us.
