Cardboard Limitations:
- Larger boxes require thicker cardboard.
- Our current cardboard is at its maximum thickness for foldability.
- Thicker cardboard can't be folded, making the boxes impractical to produce.
Weight Considerations:
- Larger boxes with grass would be too heavy.
- Excessive weight causes the box to cave in, leading to potential messes during delivery or after receipt.
Size and Convenience:
- Eco-Turf is designed for Singaporean apartments.
- Smaller boxes are easier to carry, especially in staircases and lifts.
- They are designed to be manageable for disposal in common rubbish bins.
Practical Solutions for Box Shifting:
- Use an anti-slip mat underneath the boxes.
- Press boxes against a wall or furniture to prevent movement.
- We are developing a clip to secure the boxes together, to be released soon.

Yes, Eco-turf is real grass and, like all living plants, it will eventually die, even with proper care. This is because there isn't enough soil in the Eco-turf and thus lacks enough nutrients to sustain the grass for a prolonged period.
Typically, the Eco-turf remains alive for 1-4 weeks. However, this can vary depending on factors such as the amount of sunlight, airflow, and humidity in your home. To keep your Eco-turf greener for longer, ensure it receives plenty of water, sunlight, and airflow—just like any other plant.
Even if your Eco-turf turns brown and appears dead, it's still functional. Dogs are colorblind and do not mind the color change; they will continue to use it as long as it serves their needs. However, if the scent becomes too overwhelming for your dog, they might avoid using it. When this happens, it's time to replace your Eco-turf.

My dog has not use the poopee yet 😅 but i agree that the poopee is very useful.
My puppy really stopped peeing on the floor within just 1-2 day a of delivery of Poopee so I’d say it’s really worth the purchase. Only downside is that I’ve had to deal with my puppy biting the cardboard box and eating the grass instead, which results in diarrhea from time to time… That being said, still a good buy as it’s still much better than spotting his random pee mess around the house. Somehow he doesn’t poo on it tho!
We love the eco-turf. Mocha is 100% grass-trained and we started realising pee and poo outdoor on rainy days is cumbersome, and also when the whole family goes out for an extended period.
When Mocha was introduced to eco-turf, he walked around and peed on the grass not long after. We really didn’t expect it to happen that fast because earlier on we used pee inducer and sprayed on his pee tray but he never bothered to use it. With eco-turf, we see the potential in training Mocha to pee indoor again! Thank you for introducing this superhero grass patch to us!
